Ingredients
 

  • 2 cup Chilled Curd
  • 1 cup Cold water
  • 1 cup Milk chilled
  • 1/2 tsp Black Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin roasted pwr
  • 6-7 leaves Mint chopped
  • 4 cubes Few Ice Cubes ice
  • 1 tsp Peppers black
  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Put curd in a mixer.
  • Add black salt,cumin powder,salt and black pepper.
  • Add chilled water and milk
  • With a wired whisk blend everything well till smooth.
  • Pour into serving glasses and serve.

Recipe Notes

You can also refrigerate the namkeen lassi for a couple of hours before serving.
