This is one of the oldest beverages of India and a fun summer drink. It is just yogurt and water beaten together. It is seasoned with masala or spices to add different flavours of your choice.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup chilled curd
  • 1 cup chilled water
  • 1 cup chilled milk
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin pwr
  • 6-7 mint leaves chopped
  • 4 few ice cubes
  • 1 tsp black peppers
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Put curd in a mixer.
  • Add black salt,cumin powder,salt and black pepper.
  • Add chilled water and milk
  • With a wired whisk blend everything well till smooth.
  • Pour into serving glasses and serve.

Notes

You can also refrigerate the namkeen lassi for a couple of hours before serving.
