This is one of the oldest beverages of India and a fun summer drink. It is just yogurt and water beaten together. It is seasoned with masala or spices to add different flavours of your choice.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Chilled Curd
- 1 cup Cold water
- 1 cup Milk chilled
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin roasted pwr
- 6-7 leaves Mint chopped
- 4 cubes Few Ice Cubes ice
- 1 tsp Peppers black
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Put curd in a mixer.
- Add black salt,cumin powder,salt and black pepper.
- Add chilled water and milk
- With a wired whisk blend everything well till smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses and serve.
Recipe Notes
You can also refrigerate the namkeen lassi for a couple of hours before serving.
