A delicious recipe of paneer cooked in a tomato & onion gravy infused with Pav bhaji masala to be served with roti or pulao.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cubes Paneer
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala th
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Refined Oil

Instructions
- Heat a pan with some oil. Add the chopped onion and saute until golden Brown in colour.
- Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds. Then add the tomato puree.
- Add the powdered masalas, salt and cook until the masala leaves oil.
- Then add the Kasuri methi and cook for few more minutes..
- Then add the milk for the gravy and let this boil. Then add the paneer cubes and mix well. Check for seasoning and serve.
