This recipe is suitable for winter season. We can get fresh green peas. We can carry while travelling and it is good for tiffin.

Instructions
- Make a dough with wheat flour and keep aside. Boil and mash the green peas. Boil and mash the potatoes.
- Heat little oil add hing, roasted cumin powder, roasted coriander powder and mashed green peas. Mix together add black pepper and salt.
- Fill into the dough and spread with rolling pin. Heat oil and deep fry. Both sides should be light brown. Kachori will be ready to serve.
