Ingredients
- 1 bunch spinach
- 2 cup rice
- 1 cup arhar dal
- 3 spicy green chilies
- Salt
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 cup ghee
- Some curry leaves
- 2 dry red chilies

Instructions
- Soak rice n arhar dal together for 1/2 hour in pressure cooker with 3cups of water.
- Add salt n turmeric in it and cook it on 3 whistle. Take wok heat oil in wok add ginger garlic paste n saute for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Add onion n saute till it get transparent.
- Add palak puree, green chili paste n salt(remember we already added salt in khichdi) mix well n cook it on medium flame for 3 minutes
- Add dis mixture in khichdi, add 1 cup water with mixture and mix well, cover lid removing whistle cook it on low flame for 8 to10 minutes. Taste the salt, if salt is less in it so u can add salt to taste
- Heat ghee in pan crackle cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and dry chili, add this tadka in khichdi and mix well
