Normally we use green peas as vegetable. Here I tried as a sweet dish. This recipe is good for winter season. Seasonal green peas have a good flavour and sweet taste. Every winter season I used to make this recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup green peas paste
- 1 tbsp sesame paste
- 2 tbsp cashew nuts paste
- 2 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 2 teaspoon rose water
- 2 teaspoon homemade ghee

Instructions
- Wash the green peas and steam, then make a smooth paste. Now take a pan add homemade ghee and green peas paste. Stir continuously to make it dry.
- Now add cashew nuts paste, sesame paste, coconut sugar and rose water. Mix all together and stir continuously until the aroma comes out.
- Now apply ghee on the mould and pour the mixture of green peas and garnish with sesame seeds then keep aside for setting.
- After 20 minutes green peas barfi is ready to cut and serve.
Notes
Can be preserved in freeze more then 15 days.
