- Make wheat flour dough and set it aside. Boil and mash the potatoes, then set them aside.
- Take a pan and add ghee along with a pinch of asafoetida (hing). Roast coriander powder in it, then sauté and add mashed potatoes, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder, and salt.
- Mix well, then fill the dough with the prepared mixture. Roll out the dough and shallow fry it. Serve with any other desired combination.
