Make wheat flour dough and set it aside. Boil and mash the potatoes, then set them aside.
Take a pan and add ghee along with a pinch of asafoetida (hing). Roast coriander powder in it, then sauté and add mashed potatoes, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder, and salt.
Mix well, then fill the dough with the prepared mixture. Roll out the dough and shallow fry it. Serve with any other desired combination.
