Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup potato mashed
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder roasted
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder powder
  • 1 Pinch asafoetida
  • 1-2 tsp Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Desi Ghee or as required for shallow frying

Instructions
 

  • Make wheat flour dough and set it aside. Boil and mash the potatoes, then set them aside.

  • Take a pan and add ghee along with a pinch of asafoetida (hing). Roast coriander powder in it, then sauté and add mashed potatoes, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder, and salt.

  • Mix well, then fill the dough with the prepared mixture. Roll out the dough and shallow fry it. Serve with any other desired combination.
