Ingredients
- radish 1kg
- red chilli powder 1tbsp or to taste
- turmeric powder 2tbsp
- brown mustard seeds 1tbsp
- coriander पाउडर १/2tbsp
- salt 1 /2 tbsp
- fennel seeds 1tbsp
- mustard oil 3 tbsp
- onion seeds 2tsp

Instructions
- wash and peel the radish and cut into thick and round peaces .
- boil with 3glass of water and drain it.
- dry roast the fennel seeds and brown mustard seed separately .and coarsely grind them
- now mix all ingredients together and keep in sun light for 2-3 days ,
