Ingredients
  

  • radish 1kg
  • red chilli powder 1tbsp or to taste
  • turmeric powder 2tbsp
  • brown mustard seeds 1tbsp
  • coriander पाउडर १/2tbsp
  • salt 1 /2 tbsp
  • fennel seeds 1tbsp
  • mustard oil 3 tbsp
  • onion seeds 2tsp

Instructions
 

  • wash and peel the radish and cut into thick and round peaces .
  • boil with 3glass of water and drain it.
  • dry roast the fennel seeds and brown mustard seed separately .and coarsely grind them
  • now mix all ingredients together and keep in sun light for 2-3 days ,
