Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wheat flour dough
- 1/2 cup methi fenugreek leaves
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
Filling
- 2 potatoes boiled
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 tsp masala tandoori masala
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil

Instructions
- To make dough add all ingredients listed for dough and form a smooth dough
- Roll parathas
- Cook in tawa with some oil on both sides
- For filling heat oil in a pan. add potatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Add all masalas, lemon juice and chopped coriander cook for 5 more minutes.
- Place some potatoes over a paratha and roll tightly.
