  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour dough
  • 1/2 cup Fenugreek fenugreek leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 2 potatoes boiled
  • 2 tbsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp masala tandoori masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp oil


  • To make dough add all ingredients listed for dough and form a smooth dough
  • Roll parathas
  • Cook in tawa with some oil on both sides
  • For filling heat oil in a pan. add potatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add all masalas, lemon juice and chopped coriander cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Place some potatoes over a paratha and roll tightly.
