Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Gram flour Besan
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • Dry Fruits to garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a pan heat ghee. Add 1 cup besan into it and fry it till it turns golden brown and the mixture is plain and even.
  • Then add water to it and simultaneously add sugar. Stir continuously till it dries up and starts leaving ghee.
  • Serve hot
