Besan Ka Halwa

Instructions
- In a pan heat ghee. Add 1 cup besan into it and fry it till it turns golden brown and the mixture is plain and even.
- Then add water to it and simultaneously add sugar. Stir continuously till it dries up and starts leaving ghee.
- Serve hot
