Ingredients
- 2 piece Bitter Gourd
- 1 cup Mashed Potatoes boiled
- 1/2 cup Green Peas
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 cup Mango Powder
- 2 tsp Masala anchari
- 4 tsp Roasted Channa Powder roasted channa powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Bitter gourd should be par boiled with salt. Take out the seeds.
- Add 2 tsp oil in a heated frying pan. Add mashed potatoes and red chilli powder, salt, mango powder, and armchair masala. Stir well.
- Bitter gourd should be filled with the filling. And cover with dry roasted Channa powder
- Dipped fried. Now ready to serve.
