Ingredients
  

  • 2 piece Bitter Gourd
  • 1 cup Mashed Potatoes boiled
  • 1/2 cup Green Peas
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 cup Mango Powder
  • 2 tsp Masala anchari
  • 4 tsp Roasted Channa Powder roasted channa powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Bitter gourd should be par boiled with salt. Take out the seeds.
  • Add 2 tsp oil in a heated frying pan. Add mashed potatoes and red chilli powder, salt, mango powder, and armchair masala. Stir well.
  • Bitter gourd should be filled with the filling. And cover with dry roasted Channa powder
  • Dipped fried. Now ready to serve.
