  • 3 gm Flour besan - cup
  • 1 / Whole Wheat Flour atta - cup
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 pcs Cardamom
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Butter or ghee solid ghee
  • 1-2 tsp Salt of, or as per taste
  • Garnishing or almonds almonds for


  • Firstly powder sugar along with cardamon in a mixer jar. Mix this mixture with ghee until creamy. Sieve flours, salt, baking powder together.
  • Mix together both to form a dough. Make small balls of the mixture and garnish with few sliced almonds on top of each nan khatai.
  • Bake the nan khatai in preheat airfryer at 160 degrees for 8 min. Cool down completely and store in airtight container.
