Ingredients
- 3 gm Flour (besan - cup)
- 1 / Whole Wheat Flour (atta - cup)
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 pcs Cardamom
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Butter (or ghee solid ghee)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (of, or as per taste)
- Garnishing (or almonds almonds for)

Instructions
- Firstly powder sugar along with cardamon in a mixer jar. Mix this mixture with ghee until creamy. Sieve flours, salt, baking powder together.
- Mix together both to form a dough. Make small balls of the mixture and garnish with few sliced almonds on top of each nan khatai.
- Bake the nan khatai in preheat airfryer at 160 degrees for 8 min. Cool down completely and store in airtight container.
