Lemongrass tea has lots of benefits. It is good for blood pressure and good skin. Main benefit is that it can help you lose weight. If we regularly drink lemon grass tea before breakfast and before meal we can control our food intake quantity and lose weight fast. We will get lemon grass in any shopping mall. It’s grown in my garden sometimes I cut the leaves and prepare the recipe. It gives me more freshness and helps me to work whole day with full of energy.
