  • Chop onions and sautee in medium pan on medium heat.
  • When onions are nearly translucent, add Quorn mince.
  • When mince is almost cooked through, add the red kidney beans and mash lightly. It's okay to leave a few whole for texture.
  • Add tomato paste and mix well over heat. Make sure everything is coated.
  • Add water as necessary to make them as sloppy as you would like.
  • Add spices to taste, mix well and serve warm on a bun. Toast your bun slightly for a nice texture difference.
