I'm all for gourmet food and masterpieces that require elaborate planning and cooking... But for routine cooking, I heavily lean towards things that don't tax me too much yet are healthy as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup soaked Sabudana
  • 1 boiled and mashed potato
  • 2 tablespoon roasted and crushed peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon powdered oats
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix up all ingredients and shape like cutlets. Shallow fry both sides till golden brown and crunchy. Serve With any chutney or dip.

Notes

Most ingredients can be pre-readied like.boiled potatoes in the fridge, Roasted and crushed peanuts in the jar and remembering to soak the sabudana overnight.
