Watermelon contains citrulline and amino acid that may increase nitric oxide level in the body. Nitric oxide helps your blood vessels to expand.
It is zero fat but high in antioxidants, electrolytes and water. It is a perfect summer snack. In my childhood my mother used to make watermelon sharbat in every summer season for us. That time she didn't get fridge. After a decade it is turned to Gola.
I treated to my children by watermelon Gola. After then ice snow maker turn to more advantage to make the Gola.
You might have noticed the street vendors crush the ice brick with the help of hand blade. Then they fill in glass and pour synthetic coloured syrup. But here I used no other ingredients except watermelon. It has own sweetness and colour only take some times to set.
