Sabudana Appe (Tapioca Pearl Balls)
About Sabudana Appe (Tapioca Pearl Balls)
Sabudana, Sagu, Tapioca is a healthy breakfast recipe. Sabudana Khichdi is a comfort food so this is a twist recipe from Sabudana Khichdi. Sabudana or Tapioca, when mixed with groundnut powder, makes it a complete one-pot meal as it has carbs and protein. This is yet another glutenfree and Vegan recipe to try.
The credit for this recipe goes to my Blogger Friend Richa Gupta from Healthy Kadai. What I really like about the recipes is that it is very easy to make and its not deep fried which is the bonus of this recipe. Thank you, Richa for sharing this recipe.
