Falhari Dahi Ke Kebab

These creamy, soft and delicious kebab are made from hung curd, chena, and boiled and mashed potatoes, flavored with little spices. Normally we make the kebabs for party or festive occasions but during fasting days, dahi ke kabab is the best option.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Hung curd
  • 2 no Boiled potato
  • 1 cup Paneer of chena
  • Rock salt to taste
  • 4 no Chopped green chili
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 cup Roasted makhana
  • 1 cup Peanut
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Make a fine powder with makhana and penuts. Take a large bowl add curd, peanut powder, makhana powder, chena, salt, red chili powder, green chili, coriander leaves, mashed potato, lemon juice and salt mix well and make a smooth daough.
  • Now make the tikki and shallow fry onto tava till golden . Serve hot with green chutney.
