Curd is good for health. So we can serve Dahi Vada more than 2 times of children.They also like it so much. Also very easy to cook.

Ingredients
  

  • Urad Dal Paste - 200gm
  • Salt - 2 tsp as per taste
  • Cumin seed - 2 tsp
  • Curd - 500gm
  • Tamarind Sweet Chutney thin - 1/2 cup
  • Roasted Cumin Powder - 4 tsp
  • Black Salt - 3 tsp as per taste
  • Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 cup For fry Vada
  • Water

Instructions
 

  • Very first make a thick paste of soaked Urad dal.
  • Add some salt & cumin seed in paste and mix nicely.

  • Now take a pan heat the oil & start to make vada.

  • Now take a VESSEL put 1 Cup curd & 4 cup water and mix it.Then put all Vada in mixture and leave for 1/2 to 1 hour.

  • Take a bowl put 2 Vada with some water & curd mixture.Add some curd, red Chili powder, Black salt, roasted cumin powder & sweet tamarind chutney.If u want than also can add coriander chutney

Notes

Batter will be thick. 
If batter is ready then immediate make vada.
