Tangri Malai Kebab

Ingredients
- Chicken Leg - 2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Cheese grated - 3 tsp
- Thick Curd - 2 tsp
- Fresh cream - 3 tbsps
- Coriander powder - ½ tsp
- Cardomom powder - ¼ tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Butter for basting
Instructions
- Take the chicken legs and make deep slashes and pat dry with kitchen towel. Add ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp Pepper powder, lemon juice, salt to taste and mix well. Set this aside for sometime for about 15 mins.
- Now take all the remaining ingredients in a bowl except the butter and mix well. Add the chicken Leg into the mixture, mix well and coat the chicken nicely and marinate for atleast 2 hours or overnight.
- Take the chicken Leg in the grill tray. Baste with melted butter and microwave on combination mode (microwave +grill) for 15-20 mins. Turn sides every 5 mins and baste with melted butter.
- Remove and serve with onions and lemon or green Chutney.
