Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup Water or as needed
  • 2 potatoes boiled and grated
  • ½ cup coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1-2 teaspoon salt or as per taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Knead the dough using wheat flour. Mix the potatoes, green coriander, salt and red chilli powder together. Roll out a chapati. Stuff the filling.
  • Make parathas. Cook on a tawa on a low flame. Smear pure ghee while cooking. Serve piping hot.

Notes

  • Adjust seasonings as per taste and preference.
