Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup Water or as needed
- 2 potatoes boiled and grated
- ½ cup coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1-2 teaspoon salt or as per taste
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder

Instructions
- Knead the dough using wheat flour. Mix the potatoes, green coriander, salt and red chilli powder together. Roll out a chapati. Stuff the filling.
- Make parathas. Cook on a tawa on a low flame. Smear pure ghee while cooking. Serve piping hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasonings as per taste and preference.
