whole wheat flour

Water

potatoes
boiled and grated

Coriander
finely chopped

tsp
salt
or as per taste

red chili powder
Instructions
Knead the dough using wheat flour. Mix the potatoes, green coriander, salt and red chilli powder together. Roll out a chapati. Stuff the filling.
Make parathas. Cook on a tawa on a low flame. Smear pure ghee while cooking. Serve piping hot.
Notes
Adjust seasonings as per taste and preference.
