Parathas are probably our favourite breakfast and this is a fusion between the east and west.

Ingredients
  

  • Stuffing : Grated cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped bell peppers green, yellow,red- 1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chillies - 2
  • Red chilly powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 th tsp
  • Salt
  • Dough : Maida - 1.5 cup
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Make a soft dough using maida, salt and oil. Rest it for 10-20 minutes.
  • Mix salt with the chopped bell peppers and leaf aside for 5 minutes, they would leave water so squeeze out the excess water and mix rest of the Ingredients mentioned under stuffing.
  • Now divide the dough into roundels and stuff them with the bell pepper mix and roll them like we roll stuffed parathas.
  • Roast and fry them with oil
