Clove water or lavang ka paani is weight loss drink. Clove, cinnamon, pepper, and cumin have very potent anticholestermic and anti lipid properties that helps reduce cholesterol
I saw my granny every morning drink clove, cumin, cinnamon, pepper water empty stomach in my childhood.
These old remedies now we find in google for weight loss. Clove is full of benefits. It helps reduce weight, good for digestion and metabolism. Also good for diabetics as it controls cholesterol and regulates blood sugar level.

  • 15 black pepper
  • 50 gm cloves
  • 50 gm cumin seed
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 1/2 glass water
  • 1 teaspoon honey or 3 sugar candy optional


  • First heat a pan add cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, black pepper and cloves
  • Roast it till smell started comes from ingredients. Switch off the flame. Let it cool
  • Take in jar. Grind it in powder. Now take 1 tsp powder.
  • In a pan add 1-1/2 cup water add 1 tsp powder of clove mixture. Add sugar candy or honey (optional).
  • Let it boil till it becomes 1 glass. Strain it.
  • Drink this water on empty stomach.
