Mango is a.seasonal fruits. People enjoy mango in. Every region all over the india. I also do more and more recipes. When jaggery add into raw mango with little hot bite ooooo it's mouth watering. I have no words just cook and have the taste.

Ingredients
  

  • Raw mango 500 grams
  • Grated jaggery 1/2 cup
  • Roasted fennel powder 2 tsp
  • Roasted half dust red chilli 2 tsp
  • White mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut raw mangoes in a same cubic sizes and dipped in water for ten minutes.
  • Take a saucepan heat add oil. Then white mustard seeds, when seeds will crack add half dust chilli powder.
  • Now add mangoes cubic pieces and salt. Close the lid for a few minutes. When it will boil add jaggery. Stir continuously otherwise bottom can stick.
  • When the excess water will reduce add roasted fennel powder. Take a clean jar or start eating.
