  • 250 gm Fig dried and soaked
  • ½ cup Tamarind or puree puree
  • ½ cup Jagerry or syrup syrup
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder dried
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste


  • Heat a pan add FIG and salt. Cook for a few minutes with closing lid.
  • When the fig will become semi soft then add jaggery syrup and chilli powder. Mix and again cook.
  • Finally add garam masala and dry ginger powder. After then it will ready to serve.
