Plain Butter Kulcha with paneer gravy is a favourite at my home. We all relish it together in a family dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup All purpose flour maida
  • 1/2 cup Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Nigella seeds onion seeds
  • 2 teaspoon Butter
  • Water if required
  • 2 to 3 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 to 4 teaspoon Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl and mix maida, yogurt, oil, milk, salt, sugar and little water and make a soft dough.

  • Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for rest for an hour.

  • Now take ball size portion of the dough and sprinkling little onion seeds and chopped coriander leaves over it.

  • Roll it flat like a thick paratha

  • Heat a tawa, sprinkle little water and place the bottom side of the rolled kulcha in it. Let it cook for 2 minutes.

  • Now turn the tawa upside down directly in the flames for few seconds

  • And your fluffy soft kulcha is ready to serve hot with butter brush.

  • Serve them hot with any side dish. I served them with paneer gravy.
