About Paneer Kulcha

Paneer kulcha is very soft and tasty. It is easy to carry as a tiffin. Paneer itself has no taste but after seasoning or after cooking it becomes tastier. I made the kulcha with paneer fillings. Then served with cranberry potato curry.

  • Make a dough with flour, salt, baking powder and curd water. Then keep rest for 10 hours.

  • Mash the paneer add salt, chopped green chillies and onion seeds. Mix all together.

  • After 10 hours take the dough divide in equal quantity. Spread the dough fill with mashed paneer. Again spread with rolling pin.

  • Bake on griddle it will swell then apply butter. Serve with any combination. I served with cranberry potato curry.
