- In a mixing bowl add maida and salt. In another mixing bowl add curd, oil, sugar, eno. Mix well, now add this in maida, add lukewarm water as needed and make soft dough, cover it for 1 hour.
- After an hour, take small ball from dough, roll it in oval shape
- Apply one tablespoon water, sprinkle spring garlic, chopped coriander, sesame seeds, then turn the naan upside down and apply one tablespoon water so that it sticks to the tawa.
- Heat the tawa and keep the naan with garnished side up, let it cook from one side then turn tawa upside down, make sure the naan remains stuck to the tawa.
- Keep cooking on the direct heat and cook it till its fluffy, apply butter and serve with any of your choice sabji.
Notes
- In winter you need double time to proof dough.
