Plain Butter Kulcha with paneer gravy is a favourite at my home. We all relish it together in a family dinner.

Ingredients
- 2 cup All purpose flour maida
- 1/2 cup Yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Nigella seeds onion seeds
- 2 teaspoon Butter
- Water if required
- 2 to 3 teaspoon Vegetable oil
- 3 to 4 teaspoon Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl and mix maida, yogurt, oil, milk, salt, sugar and little water and make a soft dough.
- Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for rest for an hour.
- Now take ball size portion of the dough and sprinkling little onion seeds and chopped coriander leaves over it.
- Roll it flat like a thick paratha
- Heat a tawa, sprinkle little water and place the bottom side of the rolled kulcha in it. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Now turn the tawa upside down directly in the flames for few seconds
- And your fluffy soft kulcha is ready to serve hot with butter brush.
- Serve them hot with any side dish. I served them with paneer gravy.
