  • 1/3 tsp Dough or salt for ingredients salt
  • 1 cup Spinach or puree puree
  • 1/3 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 glass Water â²
  • 1 bowl whole wheat flour
  • Filling for ingredients
  • 1 gm Flour
  • 1 big Spinach fine chopped sp
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala


  • Method for dough..
  • Take a bowl.. Add wheat flour,puree,salt,red chili powder in it.. Mix it well
  • Then add water in it..n make fine dough..
  • Then take a bowl..
  • Add gram flour,chopped spinach in it n mix it well
  • Then add all spices n water in it.. Mix it well n make fine batter..
  • Then take a small ball of dough.. Roll it n make big chappati..
  • Then heat tawa.. Grease it with some oil..
  • Then put paratha on it.. When it become little cooked.. Put batter on the middle of paratha.. N fold the sides of paratha n make square shape..
  • Then cook both side of paratha on medium flame..
  • When it become crispy.. Its done.. Serve hot..with pickle,or chatni..
