These parathas are made with goosefoot/bathua. So these green Parathas are healthy and nutritious too winter food.

Ingredients
  

  • Multi grain flour 1cup
  • Goosefoot/bathua 1/2cup blanched
  • Asefotidia 1/8tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Coriender powder 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Salt
  • Ghee 2 tbsp or as required
  • Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients and make a soft daugh.
  • Keep aside for half an hour.
  • Roll and cut into small pieces.
  • Roll it into dry flour.
  • Now roll again with a rolling pin.
  • Sprinkle a little bit sesame seeds and roll a bit more.
  • Put it on a pre-heated tawa, flip and spread a little bit ghee and cook well from both sides.
  • Serve with chutney or pickle.
