Ingredients
 

  • 3 cup Pasta boiled
  • 2 Green Bell Pepper cut into very small cubes
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper cut into very small cubes
  • 1 Bell Pepper cut into very small cubes, or orange orange
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 3/4 tbsp red chilli sauce increase the quantity, if you want more spicy
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadhai and add chopped onions. Saute until it become translucent.
  • Now add ginger & garlic paste, cubed bell peppers and mix well. Saute it for 6-8 minutes.
  • Add green chillies, red chili sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sugar and 1-2 tbsp water. Mix well and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Once it is done, add boiled pasta. Mix it and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
