Ingredients
- 3 cup Pasta boiled
- 2 Green Bell Pepper cut into very small cubes
- 1 Red Bell Pepper cut into very small cubes
- 1 Bell Pepper cut into very small cubes, or orange orange
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 3/4 tbsp Red chili sauce increase the quantity, if you want more spicy
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadhai and add chopped onions. Saute until it become translucent.
- Now add ginger & garlic paste, cubed bell peppers and mix well. Saute it for 6-8 minutes.
- Add green chillies, red chili sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sugar and 1-2 tbsp water. Mix well and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Once it is done, add boiled pasta. Mix it and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
