  • 1 cup Multi Grain Flour
  • 1/2 cup Bathua blanched goosefoot
  • 1/8 tsp Asefotidia 1/8Tsp asefotidia
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriender Powder 1 Tsp coriender powder
  • Water as required
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Desi Ghee or as required
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds


  • Add all ingredients and make a soft daugh.
  • Keep aside for half an hour.
  • Roll and cut into small pieces.
  • Roll it into dry flour.
  • Now roll again with a rolling pin.
  • Sprinkle a little bit sesame seeds and roll a bit more.
  • Put it on a pre-heated tawa, flip and spread a little bit ghee and cook well from both sides.
  • Serve with chutney or pickle.
