Ingredients
- 1 cup Multi Grain Flour
- 1/2 cup Bathua blanched goosefoot
- 1/8 tsp Asefotidia 1/8Tsp asefotidia
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriender Powder 1 Tsp coriender powder
- Water as required
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tbsp Desi Ghee or as required
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions
- Add all ingredients and make a soft daugh.
- Keep aside for half an hour.
- Roll and cut into small pieces.
- Roll it into dry flour.
- Now roll again with a rolling pin.
- Sprinkle a little bit sesame seeds and roll a bit more.
- Put it on a pre-heated tawa, flip and spread a little bit ghee and cook well from both sides.
- Serve with chutney or pickle.
