These parathas are made with goosefoot/bathua. So these green Parathas are healthy and nutritious too winter food.

Ingredients
- Multi grain flour 1cup
- Goosefoot/bathua 1/2cup blanched
- Asefotidia 1/8tsp
- Red chilli powder 1tsp
- Coriender powder 1 tsp
- Water as required
- Salt
- Ghee 2 tbsp or as required
- Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Add all ingredients and make a soft daugh.
- Keep aside for half an hour.
- Roll and cut into small pieces.
- Roll it into dry flour.
- Now roll again with a rolling pin.
- Sprinkle a little bit sesame seeds and roll a bit more.
- Put it on a pre-heated tawa, flip and spread a little bit ghee and cook well from both sides.
- Serve with chutney or pickle.
