Arbi tikki
Arbi has various benefits, it helps in keeping the blood sugar level in control. It is rich in fibre, reduces the risk of cancer and heart disease. We can consume in dry recipe or in gravy recipe. I made the recipe in tikki form which we can take with bread or we can serve with chutney or any sauce.

Ingredients
- 250 gm arbi
- 2 tbsp roasted gram
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 tbsp green chutney
- 2 tbsp oil for shallow fry
- Salt

Instructions
- Boil the arbi then remove the skin and mash.
- Add garam masala, green chutney, roasted gram flour and salt.
- Mash and mix well then make shallow fry with little oil. I made the chutney with green chillies, garlic, coriander leaves and salt.
- We can serve along with green chutney. We can also serve with bun or bread.
