Arbi tikki - Arbi has various benefits; it helps in keeping the blood sugar level in control. It is rich in fiber, reduces the risk of cancer and heart disease. We can consume it in a dry recipe or in a gravy recipe. I made the recipe in tikki form, which we can enjoy with bread or serve with chutney or any sauce.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Arbi
- 2 tbsp Gram roasted
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Green Chutney
- 2 tbsp Oil for shallow fry
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Boil the arbi, then remove the skin and mash it.
- Add garam masala, green chutney, roasted gram flour, and salt.
- Mash and mix well, then shallow fry with a little oil. I made the chutney with green chilies, garlic, coriander leaves, and salt.
- We can serve it along with green chutney. We can also serve it with a bun or bread.
