Peanut Butter Honey Oats Protein Bars: No bake desserts are very easy to make.
These peanut butter oats bars are made using minimal ingredients and are healthy as well. It has rolled oats, honey and creamy peanut butter. Being a very addictive dessert, enjoy them without any guilt!
It is a gluten free dessert as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • ½ cup Creamy peanut butter + 2 tablespoon more
  • ½ cup Honey

  • Dry roast rolled oats until it changes to light brown.
  • Spread it on a plate and allow it to cool completely.
  • Transfer the cooled oats into a turbo chopper / mixer jar and grind it very coarsely.

  • In wide bowl add the peanut butter and melt the peanut butter using double boiling method.

  • Once the peanut butter is melted, add a pinch of salt, honey and coarsely ground oats.

  • Mix until all the ingredients comes together into a whole mass.

  • Align a baking tray with parchment sheet and transfer the mixture to the baking tray.
  • Using a spatula spread the mixture evenly.

  • Place the baking tray inside the freezer and allow it to freeze for 30 minutes.

Notes

  1. Do not melt the peanut butter directly as it may get burnt.
