  • 1 cup Makhana fox nut
  • 1/2 kg Curd
  • 1 tsp Salt plane or according your taste, or as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Salt
  • 1 / Mint Powder optional tsp
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • Pinch Heeng
  • 1 tbsp Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1 leaves Garnishing or coriander finely chopped coriander for
  • 1 tbsp Desi Ghee


  • Heat the ghee in a pan the roast the makhans till light golden ,dish out them. crush some makhana keep aside.
  • Now whip the curd add 1/1/2 cup water mix well.
  • Add all spices in curd ,put the makhana mix again .
  • Before serving garnish with coriander leaves roasted cumin powder and red chili powder .
