Ingredients
- Makhana/ Fox nut 1 cup
- Curd 1/2 kg
- Plane salt 1 tsp or according to your taste
- Black salt 1/2 tsp
- Mint powder optional 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder 2 tsp
- Pinch of heeng
- Finely chopped green chili 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp + for garnishing
- Desi ghee 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Heat the ghee in a pan the roast the makhans till light golden ,dish out them. crush some makhana keep aside.
- Now whip the curd add 1/1/2 cup water mix well.
- Add all spices in curd ,put the makhana mix again .
- Before serving garnish with coriander leaves roasted cumin powder and red chili powder .
