Makhane Ka Raita
Ingredients
- 1 cup Makhana fox nut
- 1/2 kg Curd
- 1 tsp Salt plane or according your taste, or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 1 / Mint Powder optional tsp
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- Pinch Heeng
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1 leaves Garnishing or coriander finely chopped coriander for
- 1 tbsp Desi Ghee

Instructions
- Heat the ghee in a pan the roast the makhans till light golden ,dish out them. crush some makhana keep aside.
- Now whip the curd add 1/1/2 cup water mix well.
- Add all spices in curd ,put the makhana mix again .
- Before serving garnish with coriander leaves roasted cumin powder and red chili powder .
