An easy and simple curry recipe with potatoes and yellow peas. It is quick to prepare since it is cooked in pressure cooker. Great to have with steamed rice.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Potato
  • 1/2 cup yellow peas soaked
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 to mato chopped
  • 1 green chilly slit
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • Salt
  • Water as required
  • Few chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Chilly powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add chopped onion, chilly, ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and saute till mushy. Add the Masala spices and fry for a min.
  • Add chopped potatoes and soaked yellow peas and pressure cook for about 5-7 mins.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and take serve.
