- Grated carrot 1 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Milk maid 1/4 cup
- Milk powder 5-7 tsp
- Ghee 4 tsp
- Dry fruits few
- Sooji rava 1/4 cup

- Dry roast sooji rava and set aside. In another pan add ghee and grated carrot for 5 min. After add milk and cook well till carrot became soft. Now add sooji and milkmaid mix well.after add little by little milk powder,cardamom powder.
- Mi well and form a smooth dough.now add dry fruits.apply gheee in hands and roll the dough into small balls.yummy tasy healthy carrot milky ladoo is ready
