  • 1 cup Grated Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Milk maid
  • 5 tsp Milk Powder
  • 4 tsp Desi Ghee
  • 1-2 Fruits dry
  • 1/4 cup Sooji or rava rava


  • Dry roast sooji rava and set aside. In another pan add ghee and grated carrot for 5 min. After add milk and cook well till carrot became soft. Now add sooji and milkmaid mix well.after add little by little milk powder,cardamom powder.
  • Mi well and form a smooth add dry fruits.apply gheee in hands and roll the dough into small balls.yummy tasy healthy carrot milky ladoo is ready
