Broken Rice & Oats Kheer (Pudding)
About Broken Rice & Oats Kheer (Pudding)
Finally Weekend is here...and I am so so so excited to do a lot of fun stuff this weekend too.. You know last weekend was full of fun & food, I have had an awesome time; Like every girl I went shopping, I went to the streets & hogged gol gappe & papdi chaat 🙂 I went for movie & yess off course I cooked some awesome food too..So Sunday I started my day with chocolate muffins & a cup coffee, then I made yummy button idlis with sambhar for Lunch. Evening I was in the mood to have some fresh smoothie so I went on making Mango smoothie as Mangoes are too much everywhere in the season. Now comes the last part of this beautiful food full day, my friends were to come home for dinner & I wanted to make a healthy(As this is my specialty..hehhehe), cooling dessert after a hot & spicy meal, which is not just traditional but also modern in every sense. So I made this traditional rice pudding with a twist & re-crafted it in my own way, mixing oats to it..Stick around for this yummy recipe.
