  • 2 tbsp Rajma
  • 2 tbsp Chole kabuli
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • to Salt rock
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper Powder
  • 1-2 drops Lemon Juice
  • a leaves Mint


  • Soak Rajma and Chole separately, overnight. Next morning, add salt and boil separately till soft.
  • Cut onion, tomato, cucumber, Simla Mirch in small pieces. Mix all the ingredients together and sprinkle lemon juice, Sendha/ Kala Namak and black Pepper powder. Arrange in some beautiful decoration and serve.
