On hot Summer days , when a simple salad is all it takes to spruce up meal.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon rajma
- 2 tablespoon Kabuli Chole
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell Pepper
- Rock Salt to taste
- A pinch of black pepper powder
- Few drops of lemon juice
- A few mint leaves

Instructions
- Soak Rajma and Chole separately, overnight. Next morning, add salt and boil separately till soft.
- Cut onion, tomato, cucumber, Simla Mirch in small pieces. Mix all the ingredients together and sprinkle lemon juice, Sendha/ Kala Namak and black Pepper powder. Arrange in some beautiful decoration and serve.
