This eggless zebra cake is so much easier to make than it seems and it is delicious, moist and festive

Ingredients
- 1.5 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk powder
- 1 cup powder sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup milk or as needed
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions
- preheat your oven at 180 degree c
- take a bowl add butter, sugar and essence
- beat the mixture well for 2-3 minutes
- add milk and mix well
- sieve all the dry ingrediants, flour, milk powder, baking powder and soda
- now add the dry mixture into wet mixture in small batches, mix with cut and fold method
- add more milk if the batter is too thick
- divide the batter into 2 equal portions
- add cocoa powder in one portion and if required add some milk and mix well
- grease a round baking pan with oil
- in the middle of the pan pour 2 tbsp of each batter one by one at a time to create layers
- repeat the process till the end
- use wooden stick to get the desired design
- place the pan inside the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes
- to check if it is cooked, insert a tooth pick and it should come out clean
- let it cool and enjoy
