Flourless egg cake ia a yummy and easy snack to prepare. It can be eaten as a dessert after lunch or dinner but it is best when served with hot tea. Its very easy and only few ingredients are required. The main ingredient is egg. Its also flourless.

Ingredients
- Eggs - 6
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ghee - 2 tablespoon
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 12 tablespoon
- Cashews - for garnish
- Raisins - for garnish

Instructions
- Whisk eggs, milk, sugar and cardamom powder.
- Grease the bottom and sides of cake tin with ghee.
- Pour the batter into the pan and place in oven.
- Bake at 200°C for 20 min.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add cashew and raisins to it and sautee.
- Remove cake from oven and garnish with cashews snd raisins.
Notes
Can be refrigerated for two three days.
