Tomato Garlic Soup
Tomato garlic soup is a very good appetizer. In the winter season tomatoes are fresh and rate become low. So this is the proper time to make health.
- Cut the tomatoes and boil till soft. Then strain and keep separate.
- Take a saucepan add butter and garlic paste. Stir fry till light brown. Then add red chilli powder, sugar, salt and vinegar. At last tomato pureed.
- Cook evenly. Serve with fresh cream alongside cheese straw.
