Who said pizzas can only be made in oven you can make a pizza on tawa too as delicious as the oven ones. Fully loaded tawa pizza with fresh veggies, paneer and corn.

Ingredients
- Pizza Base readymade
- 1/2 cubes Capsicum or topping for the topping cut in
- 1 cubes Onion cut in
- 1/2 cup Corn Kernels boiled
- 1/4 cup Paneer cut in
- 5 tbsp Tomato Sauce or sauce for the sauce
- 3-4 tbsp Green Chillies or sauce sauce
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise fun n foods tandoori
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- Oregano as required
- Chilli flakes as required
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder

Instructions
- Take a pan add butter as the butter melts add onions, capsicum, corn kernels and paneer. Toss everything well and season with salt and red chilly powder. Mix well and cook for 1-2 mins. Dont overcook the veggies. Once done keep aside.
- Take the pizza base evenly spread the sauce mixture (tomato, green chilly and tandoori mayo) on it then top up with the butter toasted veggies and add grated cheese from top.
- Heat a non-stick pan spread butter on it keep the pizza carefully on it and cover it with a plate. Cook on slow flame for 5-8 mins.
- Remove the plate carefully you will notice the cheese has melted nicely and make sure the base is cooked and the crust is light brown.
- Take it out on a plate sprinkle oregano and red chilli flakes. Cut the slices and serve hot!!
Recipe Notes
You can add other toppings like mushrooms, babycorn.
For extra spicyness add lots of red chilli flakes.
