Oats Suji Cupcakes

  • 1 cup instant oats powdered
  • 1 cup fine suji
  • 1 cup curd
  • Salt
  • Water to adjust consistency of batter
  • 1 tsp Eno fruit salt
  • ½ teaspoon red Chilli Powder
  • For Tadka - ½ Teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 6-7 curry leaves


  • Mix Up all ingredients for cupcakes together , except the Eno and keep for soaking for 10 minutes
  • Adjust Consistency like Idli atta. Keep the idli steamer ready. Add Eno to the batter and mix quickly.
  • Bubbles will appear. Put batter in cupcake moulds. Put in the steamer on full gas for 10 minutes.
  • Remove and let cool for 10 minutes as they will be soft. Give tadka of rai and curry Serve with dhania chutney


If using sour curds, Eno will not be needed.
