Healthy pizza?Sounds weird!!Yes but its true.As our kids love pizzas but we mothers always try to avoid this because its not a healthy option for them,but i have tried a little harder to make the pizza a healthy one.As summer holidays are going on and we can not deny our little ones.So here is a small treat for our kids-

Ingredients
- Pizza base - 1
- Mozzarella cheese shredded
- Onion medium sized - thin sliced 2
- Soya granules - 1 cup (first boil the granules for 10 minutes and strain them with fresh water.
- Boiled american corns - 1 cup
- Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
- Salt
- Oregano flakes - 1 tsp
- Chili flakes as per your taste
- Butter for roasting the base
- For pizza sauce- 3 tomatoes
- Garlic -3 to 4 cloves
- Oil -1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 pinch
- Oregano flakes - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli flakes as per taste
- Salt

Instructions
- Method - 1st step- Take a wok add 1 tsp oil in it. Now add onions and little salt (1 onion) Saute them till it turns translucent in color. Keep aside. Your fried onions are ready.
- 2nd step- Now in the same wok add another onion and saute it ,now add granules in the onions . Now add boiled corns and stir it well. Then add salt,chili powder , oregano flake and tomato ketchup. Stir it well for 5 to 7 minutes and keep aside.
- For pizza sauce- Take the tomatoes along with garlic cloves and grind them. Now take a wok add oil and add the paste in it. Now add sugar,salt,chili flakes and oregano flakes in the sauce. Stir it till it starts getting thick. Keep aside.
- For pizza - Now take a tawa and add butter on it. Now put the base on the tawa and roast it. When the base starts turning golden flip it and roast on the other side.
- When the base turns little crispy ,close the flame and take off the base from tawa. Now start layering . First take the pizza sauce and spread it on the base. Then spread your granules and corns on it.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the top and lastly garnish it with your fried onions . Now put the Pizza in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes ( till the cheese starts melting) Sprinkle some oregano flakes also. Enjoy your healthy pizza!!
